Breakfast: Papaya, mango, pineapple and strawberries, topped with pomegranate juice, wheat germ and flax meal Lunch: (Ate out, so - too high on salt, too low on veg. Still - better than most meals out.) Teeny, tiny salad. Thai basil tofu - tofu, a pile of basil :) mushrooms, green peppers, onions, carrots, an unfortunately salty suace. 2 tbsp white rice before I came to my senses. Kumquats back at the office. Dinner: Huge romaine salad with carrots, onions and avocado, baked beans, beets, later some chai with soy milk. So, what did you all eat yesterday?
