Yes, I have noticed that. When I was overweight, I took care to still dress for my figure. In a flattering manner. I understand that its negative to be obsessed with being skinny or underweight, but having some pride in yourself and dressing in clothes that are flattering to your particular body type or size means more self esteem to me. Maybe parents are so paranoid about eating disorders they are afraid to tell their children anything?
