I was curious, what is the difference between MWL and E2L? They seem to be the same to me. In MWL book the more veggies you eat and less starch the faster you lose, he also promotes eating alot of raw veggies. I know E2L promotes nuts and limited starches. Is it the combination of what you are eating? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
