100/70 is a perfectly acceptable blood pressure -- anything less than 120/80 is great. 10 points -- or even a variation of 10 percent -- isn't considered to be a big increase. A deviation of +/- 20 percent is considered 'normal.' And bear in mind...yours may be 90/60 at a time when you don't take it. Since both those numbers are within that standard deviation, and since your blood pressure will be different each time you take it it could very well be 90/60 at other times. I don't think I'd try to get mine lower unless it consistently bordered on that 120/80.
