Breakfast: Baked apples and blueberries, cinnamon and ginger, topped with pomegranate juice, wheat germ and flax meal Lunch: REALLY HUGE salad with romaine, carrots, onion, avocado, tomato, beans, corn, lime juice, a bit of cayenne. 6 kumquats for dessert. FitDay reveals that 6 kumquats have EIGHT grams of fiber! Who knew? Dinner: Chilled, can't bear to think of anything raw, good that lunch salad was huge.
