With the exception of the fact that you limit fruit, your diet has always sounded to me to be a McFuhrman diet. You put far more emphasis on vegetables and less on grains than either McDougall or Ornish. Fuhrman also allows small amounts of animal products, if you desire, so you're not "off" his program in that way. He also gets great benefits in terms of weight loss, improved health, and so on. I'd say your diet is about 80% Fuhrman and 20% McDougall just from my observations.
