Hey, BG, Like you mentioned on McD, adding in the flax has made a difference. I wonder if the added fat hasn't been helpful, too. I just don't seem to be losing any more weight now and my energy isn't as high as it was. I wonder if my body hasn't quit sending the, 'You're overweight, don't eat so much' signals and now needs more fat. I also was getting hit with restless/craving type behavior after meals, as if I wasn't satisfied. Today I had raw pumpkin seeds with my big bowl of veggies and a little bit of brown rice, and I feel much more satisfied.
