B: Mixed vege soup (carrots, peas, lentils, limas, corn, onions, tomatoes, green beans, chopped collards, rice, nutritional yeast) So good. Water. L: Another big bowl of vege soup. Water. D: Grilled zucchini, potato, yellow squash wedges. Ketchup. Water. Snack: Cucumber wedges dipped in homemade chick peas/lemon/cumin humus. Water. Excercise: 35 minute step aerobics & dumbells, 45 minute fast walk.
