I would pick the one that was the least refined, most natural etc. I don't eat cereal for breakfast, but I enjoy it as a snack now and then, and I won't buy cereals from Nabisco or anything like that. I have to go to my HFS or Trader Joes and pick something very natural, like a mix of puffed amaranth, spelt, etc, nothing else added. I also switch around for variety. I eat fruit for breakfast and smoothies made in my vitamix that have fruit and/or veggies. I have maintained my loss doing a mix of McDougall, Eat to Live, and a couple of other things..lol.
