If you want the most nutrients and fiber, without any sugar or additives, may I suggest the way I eat cold cereal: I take equal amounts of shredded wheat and uncooked, not-instant rolled oats (Quaker Old Fasioned Oatmeal), and eat that with light vanilla soymilk. Its very good to me...All natural, nothing added to the cereals, and you get the whole wheat goodness and the whole oatmeal goodness...
