People aren't entitled to their opinions? Both Dr. Fuhrman and McDougall have GREAT plans. It just depends on which one suits you the best. They agree on the basic thing of being mostly vegan. (McDougall does allow for feast days...not exactly a vegan point of view) I happen to agree with Portia because the E2L plan works better for me. But I admire John C for his success on the McDougall plan and his comments on the boards.

Please people, if you are going to look for somebody to bash, go after the South Beach or Zone Diet folks or the Cattlemen's Assn. There are too few of us around to criticizing each other!
