I use a Cuisinart food processor that's the same one I had when I was first married. My Sharp microwave is 27 years old. Did they stop making thngs as well as they used to? I remember being told that the Cuisinart motor had a 25 year warranty. They don't do that any more? can't you just take the burned out Cuisinart in for a replacement? I LOVE my Cusinart food processor but I use it more for chopping than blending. I have a Commercial Osterizer that I use for blending which does a great job but I have always wanted a Vitamix.
