Breakfast: Mango, pineapple, Fuyu persimmon, strawberries, papaya, with pomegranate juice, wheat germ and flax meal on top. A 4 oz glass of Green Goodness juice (see link below) Pretty darn good considering all the odd things in it. (I do have to wonder whether the B12 listed is real or just an analog) Lunch: A great big green salad, steamed spinach with toasted sesame seeds, balsamic roasted vegetables, the last of the clemantines *sob* Dinner: No idea, possibly a stir "fry" of bok choy and tofu. Or maybe some beans and corn and salsa.
