Hmmm . . . when I do ETL and check my "stats" on Fitday, while I'm *way* high on vitamins, etc., I seem to come up low in the minerals, especially zinc and selenium. If I add in a second starch serving, like brown rice, those numbers come up -- but so do the calories, of course. Do you have any idea where your minerals are primarily coming from? Am I going to find those primarily in beans? Thanks. Ellen
