I've been riding an exercise bike 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday), for 30 minutes, starting with warm-up on level 1, and then up-ing the resistence to level 2 and 3, then back down to level 2, and down to level 1 for cool down. Once I worked up to 30 minutes (which took awhile to do), I started changing around the number of minutes that are spent at the different levels of resistance. After I get off of the bike, I do some push-ups. Once the weather gets nice enough to ride a real bike on the weekend, I'll cut down on using the exercise bike, and I've been thinking about trying out the nordic track thingy. On Tuesdays and Thursdays I have an exercise routine that uses a few of the machines in the gym, plus some lifting of free weights, however, sometimes I've been going to an exercise class instead, on days where I can make it there in time for the class. I have a co-worker that likes to go to the class. On Saturday I've started going to yoga class. Depending on the weather/time of year, weekend activities I do have been either yoga, table tennis, or bike riding.
