Thank you for getting back to me on the doctor thing. I'm thinking the "get medical supervision” that he used and that you see in many diet/exercise books is required by the publisher to mitigate liability issues if you hurt yourself. I’m actually starting to think that seeing a doctor is risky behavior. I liked the hang gliding photo. Did you take that? I’m going to check out the articles you linked. Have a great day.
