I've done 30 days on MC before. I do it every once in a while to get my eating habits back on track. I tend to revert to bad habits of refined sugar and carbs. The fasting enables me to go back to healthier eating. During the fast I continue my daily hour and a half of exercise along with my regular activities, so my metabolism doesn't become as sluggish as it might if I just vegetated at home.
