Sure, here is a typical daily foodlog for me. In fact, its what I did yesterday: Breakfast: Water sauted green peppers, onions, corn, carrots, broccoli floret pieces, mixed into a small amount of Jasmine rice, seasoned with light soy sauce. Topped with fresh diced raw tomato and lime juice. Lunch: 'Brocolcannon', which is steamed shredded cabbage and broccoli mixed into mashed potatoes, seasoned with spring onions/leeks, simmered in 1 cup soymilk, added to it all. Snack: Raw celery, cucumber, and cauliflower pieces, dipped in homemade FF chickpea,lemon, and cumin humus. Dinner: Vege stew, made with zuchinni, diced tomato, mushrooms, onions, and red lentils. Seasoned with rosemary. Excercise: 7:00AM - 45 minute step aerobics and dumbells routine 6:00PM - 45 minutes biking in the bitter cold
