I'm really just using the powder because the recipe called for it. I kind of like the texture the powder gives, kind of like malt powder. But I never thought of using tofu. I'll try it. Silken, I would think? I do use a banana in it, I like to freeze it beforehand for a nice thick shake. Yum!
