For me, I would say my largest and most satisfying meal is when I have some sauteed seasoned Pay Choy & Carrots, along with mashed potatoes on the side, and a few baked corn tortillas with my red lentil/salsa dip.

Now that is a good meal...and I am wanting it now.

For tonight though, its spaghetti and mushroom marinara sauce, and grilled zuchinni planks.
