Great idea! Chiming in: Breakfast: papaya, pineapple, mango and strawberries with pomegranate juice, wheat germ and flax meal on top Lunch: Big green salad, steamed spinach with toasted sesame seed, barbecue sauced tempeh, red grapefruit Dinner: To be announced - probably a big green salad and some roasted balsamic veg (brussels, onion, red pepper, mushrooms, sweet potato, carrots). Maybe some baked apple for desert. Chai with some unsweetened soy milk. (unless I change my mind by then) 2 little points off for some salt in the barbecue sauce (homemade, so not much) and the caffeine from the tea. (back away from the tea, it's mine, all mine!)
