I DO know the difference between vegan and vegetarian. I am neither. I adore vegetables and I'm alweays looking for more ways to get more of them into my diet, and for recipes. I LOVE 'EM!!! I occasionally eat chicken and fish. If you're going to be weird about that I'll find somewhere else to go for support.
