breakfast-oatmeal with raisins, 1/2 pear, 2 tbls chopped walnuts, 1 tsp sugar, and 1/4 cup vanilla soymilk

lunch-1 cup rice, 1/2 large portobella mushroom, and 1 cup bok choy

snack-1/3 cup rice, 1/3 cup potato/chickpea curry, ceylon tea with vanilla soymilk, 1 tsp sugar, and 1/2 small vegan chocolate chip cookie

dinner-1 cup potato salad with fatfree nayonaise, celery, onion, etc, 1 cup mock chicken, and steamed vegetables with 1 tsp sesame oil

dessert- 1 pear, 1 apple, tbls oats, and 1 tsp sugar-kind of like a apple crumble, and some tea
