Breakfast: Purple Porridge - oats, oat bran, wheat germ, rice bran, soy milk, flax, blueberries. Baked apple w cinnamon and ginger. 4 ounces of Green Goodness juice - too sweet for me, but too full of good stuff not to use up. Lunch: Truly monstrous salad with romaine, spinach, mesclun, carrots, avocado, tomato, onion, sesame meal/rice vinegar dressing. TVP/adzuki bean chili. Supper: Tuscan white beans and collards (looked better than the kale), strawberries. Chai and soy milk. So, what did you all eat?
