Considering you're nursing a 16-month old, I think you're definitely not eating too much. Do you exercise? How much peanut butter are you putting on your oatmeal? I wouldn't actually be eating it anyway, as it's a highly allergenic food and you probably shouldn't be eating it while nursing.
