I'm having a lot of stress with school right now, so I don't always have time to post my food log (Not quite sure anyone's reading, but it helps me a bit to do so). Here's what I've eaten so far:
B- Oatmeal with an orange
S- Baby carrots and an Autumn muffin (One of my recipes -- 100% whole grains used, minimal sugar, and no oil!)
Lunch is looking like my usual: A large salad with some ground flaxseed and lemon juice.
Dinner is looking like some steamed veggies and maybe a clementine.
I'm going to the grocery store tomorrow. I just checked the paper and there are really great sales. I need to steer clear of getting too much fruit and need to focus on the veggies. Any advice/encouragement/words of wisdom would be great!
