Hello, After giving birth to a wonderful boy a year ago I am finally trying to get back in shape! I put on nearly 60lbs when I was pregnant and have only lost about 30 of it. I just ordered the Mcdougal books and am excited to give hem a try. I have been vegan for 9 years but as many of you know being vegan does not mean being skinny neccesarily. I have set some goals and am just kinda looking for a little support. Dosebt help that my husband manufactures vegan soyicecream. Guess there is a reason its named 'temptation'. Well wish me luck! Anyone else have anyluck with the Mcdougal diet?
