Though the resources other than this site, are not vegan, we all recommend more fruits and vegetables. Raw is healthier and faster for those of us with little time.

More fruits, vegetables, water, sleep, and exercise are the ticket. Do that and you won't have to worry about silly dangerous diets ever again.
