The Wellness Forum will be broadcasting live from its center in Columbus, Ohio, using video stream technology. You’ll be able to watch these programs on your laptop, PC, cell phone or any other receiver, and you’ll be able to ask questions by simply typing them in on your keyboard – they’ll show up on a monitor in our classroom and we can give you answers during the session.

Almost every parent would like for their child to be optimally healthy, but few kids actually are. There are lots of reasons, ranging from busy schedules to misinformation and not knowing the right things to do. This workshop will address the optimal diet for kids, how to get them to cooperate, and some of the other lifestyle factors that affect your kids’ health.
