If you have your retirement community design ideas as a research paper for your Health Care Administration degree, I would be very interested in reading it. My associates and I are building continuing care retirement communities in Asia that provide for the dietary requirements of retired vegans, vegetarians and organic consumers. Activities include inviting students from nearby public schools for after-school snacks and to engage residents in English language conversation. The reason is a need by students to practice English. Both sides benefit. Companionship and sense of purpose are very important for the frail elderly. Another idea is for independent living residents to gift students small packets of non-GMO seeds for planting in their home backyard. The example is for CCRC residents to consume papaya grown by organic farmers. The seeds are dried for distribution and planting by students.
