I've been thin all my life and never counted a calorie. now that I've hit 53, all of a sudden, my tummy is not flat anymore and my hipbones seem to be trying to disappear. My mom was thin until about my age too, and then porked up until she ended up looking like a bilious toad. I sure don't want that, and I like being active and able to do things, like hike all day without getting tired. I'm trying to eat less and finding myself fighting hunger all the time. Help! anyone else going through this? what works?
