my name is ivory.
i was a vegan for about 6 years. and for the past 6 years i have been mostly
vegan. unfortunately i have had some dental issues, and i do not know what
there cause is. ideally i would like to be a vegan. but with all the information out
there i sometimes worry that a 100 percent vegan diet may not be ideal for
human health. at least, for some humans. i am not an expert. and it seems that
there is disagreement amongst the experts.
i hear that the vegan diet is experimental. since, there are no records of any old
cultures that have practiced a 100 percent vegan diet for many generations.

so, my question is, how safe is a nutrient dense vegan diet for ones dental
health in particular and ones general health besides that.
