I appreciate your support - it can be a bit of a challenge to a newbie, however, I have allergies to dairy & just cannot stand the thought of eating meat - & I grew up on a dairy farm! I see Jo has some really great books which I plan on purchasing that I feel will definitely help me out. Glad there's a forum for us older (62) gals!
