I am in the second week of my raw food detox. Last Wednesday at our meeting, we learned three new yummy recipes. Our instructor even picked me to be her assistant! It was probably because she new I was familiar with eating raw prior to this class. The best meal so far was tonight's meal: zucchini spaghetti with mock peanut sauce, salad with creamy avacado dressing, and kale/broccolirob with sea salt and lemon. For dessert, I polished off the remaining avacado dressing : ) Tonight: dreams of vegan meatloaf, gravy, and mashed taters! Blessings ~ Nora
