Your vegan version of the Reuben sandwich with coleslaw sounds absolutely scrumptious!

I totally understand what you were referring to about being in the position of preparing nonvegan meals. I will never understand how some people just don't have feeling or compassion for animals...that is my biggest beef (no pun intended).

I love reading your posts, Norah....especially about your delicious-sounding vegan creations!
