I haven't looked at wonton wrappers in quite a while, so I can't remember the ingredients in the ones I've used in the past. I've only used them a couple of times total. When I've used the rice wrappers, the instructions were to dip them in hot water to soften before wrapping them around the filling. I'm thinking steaming them might cause them to dissolve. Would it work to just soften them in the hot water for your won ton filling? Becky
