That would be a delight to have someone make me a vegan meal! Thank you for that Sue. You mentioned your parents. Do they live with you? I took care of my parents in our home
the last five years of their lives. I wasn't vegan then. However, my mother always cooked
from scratch and was a wonderful cook at that! My sister and I have learned alot from her
and are thankful for the legacy of good food and good cookin' that she handed down to us. I was born and raised in Chicago where my dad took me to great ethnic restaurants! We now
live just outside of Chicago. Once in awhile I get to go to "The Chicago Diner" which is a
vegan/veg rest. I'm like a kid in a candy shop when I get to go to vegan spots! God bless!
