Sue, I take it that DH means your hubby. If so, you are blessed! My daughter is vegan and I have
one friend who is open to all my recipes. However, I live among wonderful people who
themselves cannot live without "meat". They ask questions, and I am happy to inform them!
As for the dinner parties we go to, I always make and bring something that I can eat. It's
another opportunity for me to show them that dishes made without meat and cheeses can be
filling and tasty. For holidays I have to please the meateaters as well as us vegans. As for Valentine's yesterday, I made decorated vegan cupcakes. When I make sweets, I always
make vegan. That's one area I get no complaints on! ~Nora~
