Hi Nora...I understand your frustration with the soy issue, as I too have read lots of articles pro and con soy. Personally, I eat one serving of tofu daily, on average, and have done for years. I also eat other legumes on a daily basis, so as to get a variety of nutrients. I think that is the key...not to go overboard on any single food, but to eat a variety. Hope to hear from you again!
