Hi Ladies, Hope everyone had a nice Valentine's Day! My daughter and I eat a vegan diet which includes some sort of soy product on a daily basis. There are alot of pros and cons on soy. Does it cause cancer? Does it prevent cancer? I can't seem to find a clear answer on whether it's good or not to consume alot of soy. Have any of you gals ever researched it. Any comments or suggestions are welcomed. Thanks!
