We're going out to dinner in Phoenix to a restaurant called "True Food", a place started by Dr. Andrew Weil, or maybe based on his food philosophy is a better way to put it.

It's not totally vegan, but they have tons of vegan choices, organic food whenvever possible, and very fresh and tasty. We've been there once before and really enjoyed it.
