A lot of times people don't realize that you really do have to let it rest in the fridge overnight (per my instructions in the book) to obtain the full flavor. I think it tastes like a "real" cheese spread, too, so I'm totally in agreement with her. And, yeah, this stuff IS addictive, isn't it (but in a GOOD way, of course)!! Thanks so much for sharing her comments, Becky. We are in the midst of digging out from the third biggest snowfall this area has ever seen.
