Greetings to all my lovely Sisters! Just wondering if anyone is making a new year's resolution for 2010? Mine is to finally drop the 20 lbs. I gained during menopause by keeping a food diary, cutting portions, eating more slowly, reducing red wine intake and upping exercise. This is the same resolution I made last year, only then it was 25 lbs. and I'm proud to say I lost 5 ... but I can do better! As a lifetime member of Weight Watchers, I have all the tools but need to be more vigilant about following them.
