Yes it does describe me,I've been fighting this wt war 4ever and only failing,then I read Quantum wellness,did the cleanse and never looked back!got off caffeine,sugar,all animal products..alcohol not and issue,nor gleuten.so..um a vegan!lost28#,labs great done last week.only one prob...eating out,husband supportive but wants his meat+potatoes,this is tough.I've been doing for 2. Months,an don't wanna "cheat"over restaurant issues.any help appreciated,thanks,Robin
