As long as it's vegan, I'll eat it! I love food, love cooking much too much to ever be raw anything although i eat a fair amount of raw stuff like apples, parsley, peppers, salads.

I have dozens of cookbooks that I pore through, most of Jo's cookbooks, ditto Bryanna's cookbooks, plus Voluptuous Vegan, Isa Moskowitz' cookbooks, or any cookbook that I just can't resist when looking through them at Border's. Lately we've been enjoying soups, my husband made a pumpkin soup from the Moosewood cookbook with a spice swirl that was just too yummy to stop eating. Every Thursday my son and his wife/girlfriend (who is pregnant, i'm going to be a first time granny ha ha) come over and we make food, benedict with fried potatoes last week, lasagne, fresh basil pizza this week, roasted vegetables one week with ginger dressing, THAT was fabulous, it was out of one of my old Veggie Life magazines.

Bottom line is, I try to stay away from overly processed foods and faux meats but other than that the sky's the limit and food is a major enjoyment component of my life. That's what life is all about!
