Hi, PT! Great to see you -- and congratulations on being vegan for over 15 years. Wow -- that's quite an accomplishment and something to be proud of! It's not always easy in this world to stick by one's beliefs, especially when they run contrary to mainstream cultural values. Of course, being well and happy can contribute a lot to the ability to stay strong in the face of confrontation and challenges. Hope you have a wonderful weekend, too! Hugs,
