Hi there! :::waves::: I keep checking in and just wanted to say hi!

I just had a conversation with someone about being a vegan and when I stopped to think about it I realized that I've been a vegan for over 15 years now. Wow. Time went really fast. I'm still loving every moment of it.

Thanks to you Jo - I've been able to stay with my beliefs and stay healthy and happy!
