This discussion gave rise to a couple of thoughts... I was just telling my husband today that there is definitely a feeling of Spring in the air (am I misremembering, or did the names of the seasons used to be capitalized? I always capitalize them!). We are just getting hints of slightly warmer days, many trees are in bloom, bulb flowers are up. But still, enough snap in the air to remind you that Winter isn't quite over yet - there may still be some surprises! I love the transitions of the seasons. Leaving the season you might be tired of behind, and getting hints of what's coming up. I have four daughters, and only after they were all grown did I come upon the idea (I think in "Scrooge", but I'm not sure) to name all of them flower names so I would have a boquet of daughters. Or, at least, maybe their middle names. Then I started thinking that using gem stone names would have been nice, too. I like the season theme as well, never thought of that. I knew a family in high school who had three girls named Faith, Hope, and Chastity. Seemed biblical to me at the time, but now not so much, could have been any number of idealogies. Becky
