Yes, I eat soy products, mainly tofu and soy yogurt. They are not the staple of my diet, but I enjoy them fairly often. A lot of what you have read about soy is likely hype and myth that has been spread around the Internet like a virus and has hardened into belief because of that. Soy is just a bean, like any other legume. It just happens to be very adaptable. The problems arise when it is taken apart, as with soy protein isolates, which are used in many overly processed prepared foods.
