WOW! all you healthy people are really going to get the rest of us encouraged! I'm not that advanced in my diet, and must admit I still run out of steam and drink a pop now and then, BUT I've been trying to have a smoothie (with almonds, Silk and LOTS of fresh and frozen fruit) for breakfast every day. It seems as if I feel better, and I don't have nearly the craving for all the "other" things that I so often eat when I'm tired, overworked, exhausted etc that so often happens when we run run run from 8-5 and then have to go home and "run" the house. Now if it will just hurry up and be watermelon season! That is what I'm really craving - it's like a cleansing food for me. And a comfort food too. Soon, soon. Walking is a hassle in the winter. I cough when I get cold, and with cold cold weather, not going outside is healthy for me and yet I need the exercise. Walking in a circle at WAl*Mart seems counterproductive. Anyway, congratulations on great blood work!
